ArtsCow is a site similar to Shutterfly. When you sign up, you are given a credit of 1200 free prints - 100 4x6/month and 50 5x7/month. These expire if they aren't used.
They also offer a lot of great other photo gifts for really cheap. Definitely worth trying them out!
